Product description:
Red Yeast is produced by the Monascus purpureus with the non-GMO rice and water as raw materials in the solid-state fermentation. According to the results from HPLC analysis, natural fermented red yeast rice is reflected to to presence of both acid form Monacolin K and lactone form Monacolin K. Another characteristic feature of this product is that low citrinin content in the finished product. Ergosterol,unsaturated fatty acid, amino acids, GABA and active peptides are also found in this product, enduing this products more functional gradients and nutrients.
