1. Red fermented rice series is widely used in meat processing (monascus type), including Red fermented rice 1000-4000u/g and Monascus red E80-150. Red fermented rice is considered as the most economic natural food pigment compared with other red pigments.  

2. Red yeast rice series is widely used as health food supplement or functional food ingredient in medical industries, it mainly focus on health foods which is helpful to reduce blood lipid and control cholesterol. The active ingredient is natural Lovastatin (Monacolin K), it is obtained after natural fermentation from Monascus Purpureus.
